ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) This designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients. These agents receive valuable real estate education that elevates their skills and knowledge in the eyes of homebuyers. They also receive ongoing specialized information, programs and updates that help them stay on top of the issues and trends in successfully representing homebuyers.
GREEN (Green Designation) This designation is given to agents that receive advanced training in green building and sustainable business practices so that they can seek out, understand, and market properties with green features.
SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialists®) This designation are for REALTORS® who are qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50 . These agents have successfully completed the SRES eduacation program.
ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional) This designation are for true professionals who are trained under strict guidelines using proven Staging techniques.
SFR(Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) This designation is designed for real estate professionals who are trained in qualifing sellers for short sales, directing distressed sellers to finance, tax and legal professionals, developing short-sale packages, tapping into buyer demands, negotiating with lenders.
GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) This designation is given to real estate professionalls who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
CRB (Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers) The CRB designation is for brokers, managers and owners who wish to learn new trends and business strategies to improve individual and company performance. It helps real estate professionals adapt to the complex challenges of delivering quality service, streamlining operations, integrating new technology and innovating business strategies. The CRB Designation is one of the oldest and most respected in the industry.
REALTORS® - Only real estate licensees who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. They proudly display the REALTOR logo on their business cards or other marketing and sales literature. REALTORS® are committed to treat all parties to a transaction honestly. REALTORS® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.
